If its just a standard 120 RR tank the holes in the bottom will fit 1" bulkheads. The kits however will come with 1.5" drain and a reducer and 3/4" return with a modified bulkhead.
Hope that helps

ok for what read I can make one side as overflow and the other as a return, I will just need to make sure the return side is dry

Hmm, thank you guys, i need to llok into the herbie set up
Yeah just do a search. There is a ton of threads about how to switch from megaflow to Herbie.
Essentially you will have a full siphon and an emergency drain in each overflow box. The siphons are adjusted by gate valves and the emergency drains are full open. The return will have to be plumbed to come up and over the back but you can have them come up behind the overflow box and into it then still have the lock line exit the box in the spot it is intended to. There is plenty of room in that box for it all to fit.
If your inclined to do so you can paint the return plumbing black and add a cover to the box and it will all look nice and clean.

do you guys think this will work? will be 3 drains and 1 return, my plans is just to do about under 10 turnover rateherbie .jpg

The two smaller holes (typically returns) and made those the two normal drains. Used one or both of the two larger holes for emergency drains. Each drain whether normal or emergency is just a pvc pipe that comes to the top of the overflow. Make the emergencies about 1/4 inch higher than the normal drains. For the return, you could just ran dedicated PVC over the back hidden behind the overflow. I would make it three separate drains to sump and not joint

if you were going to go with this plan, i suggest you do not connect the two main drains together, keep them separate so at least if one get clogged you'll have a secondary drain still going along with the emergency drain.

also, the side where you plan on using the return and drain, use the 3/4" for your return and 1" for your drain.

hmm. I have a eshoops ADV 200 sump, and only have 2 holes for the returns and filter socks, maybe i can get the emergency to discharge directly in the refugium....

my understanding of bean is that the emergence drain should not go to the sock area but to another section where it will make a splashing noise so you are aware there is something wrong
