3000GPH + external pump

Will a 3000GPH + external pump be to much for a 90 gallon bowfront tank? The pump will be used in a closed loop running an Oceans Motions 4 way. Are the Sequence pump the better choice when it comes to using less power? I would like to purchase a pump in the group buy.

i am running a 2 darts on the OM 4way... awesome device BTW!
but the dart is too much for a 90...

have you called Paul, he will help you out BIG TIME! he designed the flow of my tank..
