Well a hell of a night last night. While doing some maintenance on the tank. I started to clean my AI Hydra 52. And guess what happens , it falls into my tank. As soon as it falls I scream #*#**#*#*<*#* I unplug it asap, before sticking my hand in the tank to take the light out. I was lucked that as it fell the power supply unplugged itself as it fell into the tank. So I take the light out and it's pouring water out , like taking a submerged car out of the water. So I quickly run to my man cave with the light in hand. ( funny sight to see me run cause I'm not a runner or a sprinter). So I quickly take the light apart and grab my air compressor hose put the blower attachment and blow it dry. Now I'm pissed cause now in my head I know I have to buy a new light now. ( great now I have to explain to my wife that I have to spend another $400-$500 on another light ) I wait about 20 mins after blowing it dry. Plug it in and BAMM. It turns on. YAY [emoji3][emoji3][emoji3][emoji3]
Apparently when I got my light I never tightened the hanging kit screws tight. So while cleaning the light it just fell off the light. Lesson learning don't rush when putting things together.
