75 gallon Display tank build

ImageUploadedByTapatalk1378574728.526864.jpg. It's getting there but slowly . Hopefully I can get the canopy built . Should I stain it black or a dark cherry any input would help. i have been on the fence on wich I should go with

Looks great! wish i could build sumps lol. Coming along well!

Sorry if i missed it, but what are your lighting plans? that is a rather massive canopy :p

I am useing t5 s right now till I can buy another Eco tech radion . I am making canopy bigger so I can have access to dropping glass down from the light fixture to change bulbs with out taking it out . The other reason is I need the travel to use a motor to open up canopy and close makes it easy for not dropping lid

It took me a little playing with to get it dialed in but works nice I have to get a 90 slip for my skimmer to get rid of the noise from the output .

Is it just the angle of the photo…..I don’t see an overflow in the tank. How is the water getting down to the sump?

Here is a little update on my build . I finally cycled my tank and started to transfer fish and coral last night . Don't have pics but will soon . I added a mp40 to my tank along with ordering another radion on the way to switch over to LEDs .

Nice, glad to see everything is coming along for you. How do you like the C2C overflow?

So I introduced my clown and the torch as of now . The next pieces will be my gonoporia and frogspawn. I'm still trying to figure out where to place the torch.

ImageUploadedByTapatalk1397320381.189301.jpg finally I have everything running and setup. Took a bit but after changing plumbing 3 times changing my ATO and going to a mp 40 . Still need a few Tweaks but everything is loving their new home
