@njtiger24 aquariums , @The_Codfather, @DangerDave just sayin but it’s only right you guys gotta let me check out your setups that would be awesome. When I had my dart frogs I visited a few members from the forum I was part of and learned a lot. I even went to a guys house in Florida when I was there on vacation.
I currently do not have a tank setup. When I was in my apartment I had my 54 going here the thread about that - My tank thread.
To save money I moved out of my apartment and into my mom's house so I can save for a house. I ran my 36g for awhile at my mom's but never liked it nor had the time to work on it. I broke that tank down. Here that thread - Back to my first saltwater tank

To stay in the hobby I am focusing on my raspberry pi project - Joys of DIY project

If you have any questions feel free to reach out. When I get a house I hope to get my dream tank up and running. Def check out @DangerDave his setup is sweet.

We’ll be out on the water all day today. I’m around all week, just gotta get a little work done on Monday and Tuesday, then clear (from work anyway) through the following Monday. Let me know how schedules look, we could do a mini reef shindig. I’m always an excuse for a couple beers! (Not that one is needed!) :)

So finally got under the stand situated and all plumbed in I see water in the very near future. Please if you see something that should be added or changed let me know. So I have unions and valves with unions so just about everything can come apart.

Not sure about the noise from pump. But the vibrator of that running will drive u nuts against the wood. Maybe but some rubber mats. Underneath to reduce contact and vibrations.

Also. I know they say that the jebao can run out of water. But they are very prone to leaks and run hot. I’ve heard they also may be a fire hazard out of water.

Consider putting it in the sump. Or get a safer external

I have rubber feet on the pump. My long term goal is to cycle the tank with that pump and hopefully save up enough to get a new one and keep that as a backup. Unfortunately the pump doesn’t fit in my sump. I actually thought about cutting a small fan into the side of the stand with the pump.

fixed the door to the stand so now it doesn’t randomly fall off. I was using just magnetic cabinet closers and I added these clips today.
I’m getting all tingly inside knowing I can put water in this week. Lolimage.jpgimage.jpg

The back of the tank is open so it should be ok with heat, but the feet on the pump may not be enough to stop the vibrations. If it gets bad, you can try adding a piece of coarse filter foam underneath it.
