I know. Message is wrong format. I am going to get PVC glue to attache the grey piece to the bulk head. Hopefully, that will solve the problem.

Apparently I was told it's the wrong glue.
Went back to the store and picked up purple primer and clear glue.
Tomorrow I will glue it and hope for the best.

In times of concern, outside of siliconing the ^$&% out of everything, a second option is to pick up tight tubing.
I've had a few tanks in the past with problems and I'll pick up rubber tubing 'just too small' to fit.
For example, if I have a 1" fitting that takes a 1" inside diameter tube (so the outside diameter tube may be 1 1/8" to 1 1/4"), I'll buy the 1" outside diameter tube.
Then I'll slowly heat the thing till its extremely soft, though can still hold shape, then force it quickly over the connect.
As it cools it condenses and is super tight.
Just a thought.

Mark_C I did think of that but won't work as the leak is between bulkhead and adapter so have to glue it.

From 1 leak to another, tried to clamp it but no good.

So will be gluing that as well. Two hoses and adapter in the middle. Worst case in the future spend another buck for the adapter.

The other sides are not glued.

Hate to be the one to give you the bad news. Once you put silicone on a pipe fitting, nothing else will stick to the pipe unless you can get silicone off 100 percent.

Think this thing needs to be re-plumbed as opposed to chasing the leak. Probably going to save a ton of frustration and money by just pulling the pieces and re-figuring.
Or you can buy a 500g tank to set the 92g and stand into.
I'm around Sat if you need a hand with anything.

I was able to get the silicone off and glue it.
The leak stopped.
Also, had glue the 1 inch adapter and hose.

I am putting sand but not yet. My plan is:
Make a lot of new water & add to tank
Once water is good temp & salinity wise transfer rock over
After aqua scale then add sand, no rocks on sand
So sand will be in from of rock kind of
Then add the fish
These current tan water if needed
