A little help with tank to stand leveling

I hope I can get some help here I'm a little confused on how this is possible

I built a stand for a 93 gallon cube standard 30"30" tank I built the stand 36"x36" for a bigger sump area so when I was building it always checked level over and over the top is level I even pulled the level across the top to look for low spots everything is good

My problem is the back right corner is up a little...I have for the top 2 - 1/2" sheets of plywood and a sheet of homostat which I was told you need to lay down for a rimless.
Here's some pics

This is the corner I'm talking about

And here is the 2 sheets of plywood and homostat

My question is can I unscrew the plywood and put some shims not between the ply and tank but in between the 2 sheets and since there is not trim do I have to worry about low spots any where
Because I'm thinking once I bring the edge up should I worry about anything in the middle more low spots
Thanks for all your help

So what is not true? You mentioned running a straight edge on the plywood, so I'm assuming that is true. So is it the tank or the homostat? If the top plywood is true, I wouldn't be shimming it.

Dan, did we check to see if there was maybe a dent in the hemostat? Bc yeah this isn't really making sense if everything is level. Unless the tank isnt built right Lol jk.

That's were the problem comes in when I put a level/straight edge from front to back side to side corner to corner small imperfections in the plywood nothing that I should be concerned with but I put my tank up and it's off the stand I can do to thing cut out the top ply and see how it sits on the ply under it or shim up the wood on the top ply
What do you think Paul

Not to derail the thread , but Homosote? If this gets wet, and it will by the tank, it's going to start to fall apart. Isn't the standard foam or neoprene?

I suggested homosote. When I just picked up my new tank the tank builders are the ones who said that they only use homosote under all of their tanks. I coated mine in redgard to make sure it was waterproof.

I guess the tank builders would know best. I guess it's good that you can and did water proof it. Ya learn something new everyday.....

what did you coat yours with? did it make the homosote harden a little bit where it wouldn't crush equally?

did you try flipping the homosote over and have the imperfection in a different place to see if thats the problem?

Yea I tried that I think I might have found the problem about 3-4in in towards the center is a little high spot.... My plan is to run a 2x4 underneath and sink some screws in the top to suck the top down a little I think that should do
