Adding my old live rock?

Hey guys,
I was thinking i should start adding my old live rock soon since i'll have more time around with the holidays. I've had it sitting in a 10gal with a powerhead in there for a few months, So i was wondering if it would be ok to start adding some (or all?) I figured I'd do a little water change afterwards and hopefully while i'm reaquascaping i can catch my damsels :'(
Do you think i'll have any spikes? I wasn't sure since there would be much more flow,light and all that good stuff

I would add a little at a time to lessen the chance of a spike.

Someone said once to throw all the live rock in at once.. I can't quite remember why... something like it will only cause the spike once, as opposed to causing a bunch of mini-spikes..

If you put it all in at one time you might have another cycle.
