Depending on the size of your tank you could try a Fighting Conch or Tiger Cowrie for the sand. Would need to be a large tank and a large specimen, but that MIGHT keep your Wrasse or Puffer from making it lunch. For the glass either the Urchins (as long as you don't have a Trigger in there as well) or good old manual cleaning. Going to have the same problem to solve with my 327. Very similar stocking list.
