Google red planaria flatworms and see if that’s it. That would be my guess

Flatworm exit will kill.them and they will release toxins. I would try to suck out as many as you can prior to using it because the toxin can kill the fish and inverts in your tank. Plan to run carbon and do a large water change after. Red planara flatworms are technically harmless to your tank and corals from what I've read. The problem is they can multiply so fast and overtake your tank.

Years ago I had them in a 120 added a yellow Coris wrasse took care of it. It is hit or miss with them but like stated above they will release nasty toxin so suck as may as you see
Good luck

I've been seeing that red planeria all over internet, but wasn't sure. I have a six line I picked up today to see if he will eat them.

Have you touched them to see if they were hard or soft? Do they move?

I blasted them away with a Turkey baster and ran my mp10s on nutrient transport mode all night. I also put back my filter sock to catch them. let's see how tank looks later today.

Check your corals for spots. Like mushrooms or frogspawns. When I had em, I had a ton

If it is flatworms, you can manually remove them for now but you need to keep up with it

They don't look like flat worms to me. Can you catch one or a group and take a closer pic?
