Well its finally setting in.

Quick background:

Was out of the loop here and around being that my wife was placed on permanent bed rest in the hospital 45 mins away for a total of 45 days in turn leaving me to run the house and take care of my 3 year old daughter. While at the same time converting my 2 bedroom/1 bath cape cod into a 3 bedroom/2 bath cape a month ahead of of schedule. Lets just say when your used to having your wife do things and she's not around for about 6 weeks, you truely realize what you got.

Well, 1 month early born on 6/6/07 at 5 lbs and 18 1/2 inches, our newest addition Kenny.

Wife got him all set up, wants everyone to see him all dressed up.

Congrats Joe. He's a great looking kid! Good to see you back around here and it seems like everything turned out well in the end.

Just think, in a few years "Daddy's Little Helper" will be able to "help" you out on your projects instead of your wife. Make sure you double the time you think it should take and you'll be covered!

Congrats, Joe! He's absolutely adorable! Glad to hear that everything worked out. What a miserable experience to all be separated like that. I can't imaging taking mommy out of the picture for a 3yo... She must have been going bonkers (and mommy too).

Congratulations again to the whole family and tell your wife hi for me! :)

And here I was wondering why you weren't bringing the fam along to the meeting! Maybe you should bring the older kids to get them out of mom's hair for the day!

My best to the rest of the family as well. We went through the bed rest thing with our second as well.

He is adorable, glad you were able to hold down the fort while you're wife needed her rest, be sure to keep it up ;) :D

Looking forward to meeting your family in person sometime in the future, I have a 3 yr old daughter too so they could keep eachother busy at a meeting :)
