Another Lighting Question

So my problem is that some of my SPS that are up high are REAL light colored. I don't want to break them off as they are doing good outside of the coloring. Should I raise the lights or turn them down? The only other issue is I don't want to starve the corals on the bottom of light.

Had similar issue with my LEDs. Went from 90% max to 75% max and color came back while bottom dwellers were fine.

I run my blues 5- 10% more than the whites. So turn down the whites more than the blues and give it 2 weeks to see any results.

I also have the same issue. I think it a mixture of two things placement and light intensity. I feel like I'm always in a test with my lights and still don't feel like I have found the sweet spot. Try changing intensity and wait a good amount of time to see what comes of it. I think it should have at least a month between changes unless something goes really wrong.
I think it takes tat long for you to see the true results of the change.

How high above the tank are the lights? This can also make the difference. I started at 9" above the water and now I'm at 12" and I think I can still go a little higher so that the lights can spread and mix a bit more.

This is how my Vegas are set now
White 70
Blues 90
Red 25
Green 20

8" with 90 degree optics so they are getting Blasted with light. I was 80w/100B but just turned it down to 70w/80b. I guess you are right about giving it time. It's not going to change overnight.
