Any Andriod Experts? ROM Flashing

Hey Guys,

Does anyone know how to flash custom ROMS on Andriod phones. My LG G2 is not working well and is out of warranty so I wanted to flash it with a ROM to see if it will fix it. Looking for any guidance in this process.

I used Odin on my Galaxy S3. Verizon has the Galaxy S5 locked down, still waiting on a root procedure for that.

Is your phone rooted or just stock?

Stock right now, I am hoping I can fix the rebooting issue with a new ROM. I tried restoring it to factory default and that did not help my issue.
