Any QuickBooks users out here??

I'm trying to plan a budget for 2010 and when I chose the budget to use last years (09) figures....it comes up blank. Can I not do a budget for next year until the current year is over?

If memory serves me correctly - you can create a budget anytime.

Thats what I thought....but for some reason....it is not automatically filling in the fields.

Because QuickBooks is a pain ... I think you need a degree in accounting to get that program to work right. I have been trying for 10 years ;D If you use it for personal, I would go with Money.

LOL!!

I figured it out....I had to switch the date on my computer to 2010 before it would populate the fields. It should allow you to start a budget in 2009 for 2010 and if there are any changes to anything it should automatically update the numbers. Stupid!!

And I use it for both of my companies ugh!
