Just picked this guy up today.. never owned a Trachy before so does anyone have any tips??

should I spot feed?

She's pretty!

Sand bed, low-medium flow.. I haven't seen the amount of light to be a problem since mine is on the sandbed

You can but VERY seldomly. Maybe a little reef roids once every 2 or 3 weeks.

Sounds good, I only ask bc the acans I have snag some LRS from time to time and they seem to love it. Noticed more color as well

If it falls on them every once in while thats fine. The reason I say don't go nuts feeding them is they can't always digest all the food we give them and then they will slowly start to rot from the inside out. This is one of the most common issues with meaty corals like this.
