Anyone know if this is brown jelly?

Lost my trachy a few days ago when pistol shrimp pushed it into favia. Thought it was only stung but trachy browned and melted in 2 days. Now the favia is browning in 2 separate spots that didn't even touch trachy. Also noticed 2 heads on nearby candy cane turning brown. Slight smell and I already iodine dipped 2xs, still spreading. Any advise?

It does look like it I would take the corals out of tank and cut the bad off and then dip the coral before putting it back in the tank

This right here. Get that stuff out and cut off the dead heads. If you can glue the skeleton where you remove that head to prevent any trapped infection inside the skeleton.
