We will definitely do a follow up post with a recipe and basic instructions.

If I remember my camera I'll try to record a video to share too.

.................. maybe a recipe for those of us that can't make it.

I believe Tony and Terri have come up with their own recipe, but HERE is Eric Borneman’s recipe for his fish food/coral food for those who are interested. Hopefully if it’s not a secret family recipe, Tony and Terri will post their recipe as well. I’m curious as well….and I’ll be there. If only they had smell-a-vision, because I understand it is pretty odiferous.

Anyone that wears a clothes pin on their nose (and lets me record it) will get a little extra portion. Dance

Nothing like shucking raw oysters, clams, mussel then digging out the flesh getting it in your fingernails.
Sounds fun right?
Our recipe is clams, mussels, oysters, squid, flounder, shrimp and part of it's tail crab, scallops, mysis, cyclopeze, nori sheets, concentrated plankton, selcon, garlic.

I think that is everything we used last year.

Unfortunately I won't be able to make this either. My wife is away for the weekend so I have kid duty. :) I'm sure it will be a good one.

Who in Monmouth county is going to the monthly meeting that would do me a solid and take down a small fixture from the group buy?
I also travel down to Toms River so could drop it off between Little Silver to Toms River...and if it comes in today between Dunnellon NJ and Little Silver(have to let you know if it comes in today when I get home).
Thanks,
James

I'll donate a few good sized frags for the raffle: Pink Birdsnest(Seriatopora hystrix), ORA Frogskin(Acropora sp.), Bali Green Slimer(Acropora yongei).

Sure Paul that would work out great. It arrived this afternoon so I will be going up tomorrow, I can pack it in the car and drop it off on my way home. Send me a PM with your address and if there is a particular time you need me to be by, I know you need your beauty sleep.:p

Do we need to bring extra money to put towards the fish food? I wasn't at the last food making so I'm not sure.

For anyone that hasn't been to our house. We have a parking lot across the street that everyone can use. Also bring your shucking tools they will be used for the mussels and clams. The oysters are already shucked. Bring a cooler!!! We will do the frozen food 1st so we can get them in the freezer ASAP. Plus we want to do this before everyone starts drinking! Looking forward to seeing everyone again:D
