What is the best way to remove aptasia growing between zoos? I'm sure there is no easy way, but can I still use joes juice?

i used joes juice on mine in the same situation, came up smack dead in the middle of my colony . i just carefully spread the juice on the disc, trying as much as possible to avoid my zoas.zoas stayed closed for a few days ( most likely from the stings not the juice)......also not a bad idea cutting off your circ pumps in tht area of your tank

Jit them with Kalk paste at night when the zoas are closed. Turn off the pumps so you don't blow the paste around.
Tried this, We'll see what happens...2 days now and half the amt of aptasia, zoos doing ok.

throw them away.

Ed, That was my first thought....May be a mistake by keeping them, We'll see.

Cut off the rock where the anemone is if you can.

Mike cant do that, there were about 12 in between a colony.

I have been using AiptasiaX to move aiptasia around in my tank. ;D I have used AipX next to and above my cabbage and hammer branch corals w/o ill effects.
