AquaStik Epoxy Putty + underwater

hey guys. i'm looking to bond some corals to my LR underwater. has anybody used the AquaStik Epoxy Putty and done it this way?

Works good if you get it nice and mixed before using it. Only try and set it after you get it mixed really well.

aquastik is great. I tried some cheapo brand and didn't realize it didn't work underwater (total muddy mess).

Aquastik is the only thing I use if I cannot take the rock out to place the coral. If you can take the rock rubble out -then using crazy glue works.

FWIW - Aqua mend is an alternative that they sell at home depot, and is frequently less expensive.

I find adding super glue really helps.

this works very well:

Frag--->superglue gel--->epoxy--->superglue gel--->live rock

I use plumber's putty from Homedepot, the potable drinking water version, and it's grayish when cured. $2.98/stick last time I bought it
