Arce's Reef

I am with paul regarding the dry rock.
I would not attempt to add dry rock to an established system you are breaking down and setting back up again. The rock might look clean, but dry rock is stinky when it cycles a lot of the time from the dead stuff that you can't see on it. I would buy cycled live rock. A couple of the vendors usually have it in stock, call Trop or AO.
Regarding the actual move, a 20g takes about 2 hours to totally break down, pretty easy. Keep the rock and the corals wet, in separate containers during the move. Syphon as much water out as possible so as to avoid fouling it before you remove rocks. If you are reusing your sand, rinse it throughly with clean salt water before adding it to the new tank. This step will take time. I would not suggest this. FWIW, I would buy new live sand. Re-using a sand bed can go very badly. I would not use dead sand either for the same reason, concern over a mini-cycle.
I would use Dr. Tim's or BioSpira as well.
That old 20g will do just fine for curing live rock with a heater and a powerhead.

Regarding the zoas, I second revive, if that does not work, Furan.

Thanks for the replies. Im going to try to grab some revive or any dip i can get my hands on after work today.
