Some of mine are darker ones. Kind of a salt and pepper look. However I have never seen them eat the corals. And there are plenty of them in the tank.I'm just the messenger on this....and this is what I was told years ago:
The white/light tan ones don't eat corals. However, the dark colored ones are the coral eaters.
Up until my tank transfer, I always had white/light tan ones and never had a problem.
