Bangii Cardinals

Is it normal for Bangii Cardinals to host RBTAs? I recently bought two Bangii's and they live underneath or right on top of the Tentacles, sometimes touching the tenticles without even being stung. They don't move away from there. Is it for protection or out of fear or are they truly hosting my RBTAs? I want to lean towards fear/protection as my other fish are much larger and faster, especially my tangs (4 of them).

This is fine. There is actually a spot(cant think of it off the top of my head) where the introduction of these cardinals has started a rapid decline in clownfish population since they both host the same thing and the cardinals pick off the baby clowns when they spawn.

From FC

Range: Pterapogon kauderni is found around certain islands in Indonesia. It resides on shallow fringing reefs and lagoon seagrass meadows. Pterapogon kauderni is regularly found living among the spines of the long-spine sea urchins (Diadema). The Banggai cardinalfish also lives within the tentacles of large sea anemones, such as leathery sea anemones (Heteractis crispa), long-tentacled sea anemone (Macrodactyla doorensis) and even large carpet anemones (Stichodactyla spp.). With some anemones, the Banggai cardinalfish can even contact the stinging tentacles with no apparent ill-effects. The Banggai cardinalfish is typically found at depths of less than 20 feet.
