Battery power back up

Can someone suggest a battery back up to run the pump and heater in case power goes out for some time? I don’t know what size I would need to run the equipment for 24 hrs in an emergency

Pessimist here but I don’t think you’re going to find anything thats going to run a heater very long. I’d guess that they’re big power eaters.

In the winter if power was lost I covered the tank with blankets to keep heat in and ran battery operated bubbler.

Knock wood, this has worked well for me a few times. Have plenty of batteries ready though.
