We have been feeding this coral food for the last several months and have been impressed. Our SPS has never had better polyp extenstion and they growth has been noticeable. I only recently have been able to keep sps alive-and grow. I've had softies and some lps for the last 2.5 years. I used to feed my corals reef roids and it did a number on my nitrates and phosphates. so I switched to benepets, then stopped altogether for a while. @paintman27 gave me a monti cap a few monthe ago- I was sure it would go like all others in the past, but it didn't- actually seemed to like my tank, then I got a few more monti's from @ericrodriguez along with a bubblegum digi, and they are all doing great, so I took a chance and spent money ( I didn't have ) on a few more, and started feeding AB+, I recently bought another jar of Benepets and am now alternating- no great growth, but my parameters are stable and nothing is declining
