Billy could still probably use about 4 more people to help out. This is truly a case of the more the merrier because you need 2 sets of people to move the tank. One to get it to the door and the other set inside to take it when it goes THROUGH the door (since people can't fit through the door with it). 12-14 people would probably be ideal.

not much time today to post.. but i have been glueing and building a shelf on the bottom of the stand...
