Is STUPID. Whoever came up with this should be shot. I worked in retail for 11 years and swore that I would never, and I mean never get caught up in this as a consumer. That is until my wife somehow talked me in to going to Target to get a stupid camera, while she naps in perpetration for her shopping spree that starts at midnight. I feel dumb for doing this. She owes me big time.

The idea of shopping at midnight for the stuff that you don't really need is stupid, but not fighting with your wife over it is wize. You've made the right choice.

I hated working retail for this very reason. Having to get up at 4am to go to work at 5 was stupid (had to censor my thoughts, this is a family friendly website). That was 6+ years ago. Every year they push it earlier and this year Target was opening at 9pm Thursday night! Next year I'm sure they will be open 8am Thanksgiving day. SMH.

My wife went out at midnight. She is still out as of 7:45a. She said she still has stores to go to. Insane.
