so im just going to post this here real quick. I recently started a 100g (120) total reef tank. Its a 100g artisan ii and i love everything about it. Im not a plumbing guru so no mainifolds or pretty pipeworj here but i am a geek for tech so i wont hesitate to spend a pretty penny. While i dont have an apex i do have a digital aquatics reefkeeper that handles my temp aand ph as well as my refugium light. Im running 2 ai hydra hd’s about 9” up and 1 maxspect gyre 230 on %90 pulse (planning to get 2 on alternate). I have a bubble magus curve 7 skimmer a two little fishies reaxtor running rox 0.8 and a aquamaxx reactor running aquamaxx gfo. And marine pure block. Heavy filtration because i used pukani and only muriatic acid dipped it and it seems to still be leaching phosphates. Two medium sized balls of chaeto and a whole lot of husbandry. 10g water change weekly. I dose 2 tbs kalk per gal in my top off which brings me to 430 c 9.9 alk and 8.15 ph. I plan to have sps dominate tank. Please do not crucify me as i already have a heavy bioload but i spend every minuite making sure my parameters are stable and my inhabitants are happy. I also have a copperbanded who took me 3 weeks to get eating but now eats mysis, fresh clams, and masstick.

%10 water change today. Things are looking marvelous. Nothing better than when a tank comes together. Was contemplating a second gyre but idk if i want to disturb the system
