Tons of great UK mystery and detective shows - The Bodyguard, Broadchurch, Whitecastle, Luther, DCI Banks. New Tricks, The Bay, Endeavour, etc. and comedies - Miranda, Keeping Up Appearances, Fawlty Towers, etc. but no Doc Martin in the US.

Though my heart lies with Pyton, Father Ted is the funniest show I've ever seen since Fawlty Towers.
Three priests on a small Irish Island - one a Ralph Crampon, one an idiot, one an alcoholic, top marks from me.

Doc Martin is on Acorn...Season 10 just came out....watching it now
