Broken Washer in Skimmer

I noticed my skimmer making a weird noise today so I took a look at it and noticed there was a broken washer inside the pump behind the impeller. Its an Eshopps PSK100H. Other than contacting Eshopps does anyone have any ideas where I could get these? Would it be something I could find a Depot or Lowes?

Is it is plastic? You might be able to find a nylon replacement washer at Lowes or HD (Delrin would be a better replacement, you will not find these at Lowes or HD) If it ceramic, you will have to order one.

I just had a look around and it looks like you have to get it from them..... If it is cheap i would buy 2
