Bullied tang

I have one small tang that all of sudden is being bullied. I used to have a small critter keeper and would put the abused fish in it and submerge in the tank for a week or so. This would allow the other fish to get used to it without hurting it. I would then release and after some mild aggression all was well. I no longer have that item so any suggestions would be great.

Who is the bully? I have always had success with placing a small vanity mirror inside the tank for a few days. The bully will just bully his reflection and leave the other fish alone.

A Flameback Angel is the bully.

I was able to remove the tang into a small tank.
Guess I will got the store and get a mirror and tape it in place. If the Angel seems distracted by it will add Tang back in.

Well the mirrors are helping. The Tang is able to swim more and eat, occasionally the Angel will attack it.
Thanks for the help. Did that with Betta's and never thought about it with Marine fish, DUH!
