Chalice Monti and Birdsnest Lighting and Flow

I wanted to check on the lighting and flow others are using for Chalice's, Monti's, and Birdsnests.

This is my current understanding. I am looking for the best coloration and health.

Chalice: Medium Light and Medium Flow - About Mid tank if using MH lighting.

Birdsnest: Medium to High lighting and High Flow - Mid to High in tank using MH lighting.

Monti: Can do well under several lighting conditions and flow conditions. Not sure which is considered best for coloration and health, but I am guessing it depends on the monti.

e.g. Superman Monti - High Light, Monti Cap - Medium light?, Sunset Monti ?

Just FYI depends a lot on the chalice to I had to put mine in some shade and now looks great ... under T5.

I have both under medium. Seem like they're doin ok haven't had them long but they have attached already
