That could very well be it kev! Im almost certain that's the problem however I'm not mechanically inclined enough to figure it out. I don't want to drain the tank and dispose of the gas somewhere.

Why Paul!!! Lol. Give it a shot Praveen. It's not too hard. Drain the gas and drain the carb float bell. Little brass bowl looking thing. Should have a small screw on it to drain it you may need to drain the fuel lines too but try the other stuff first. Fill it with some fresh gas with stabil and you should be set. With the stabil the gas should be good for around a year. I personally wouldn't leave it full but it will keep any gas in the lines from going bad. Good luck.

lol dw I'll still sell it for a good prices It only saw maybe 6 hours tops. I bought it after sandy. Thanks for the directions I'm currently draining it now. My parents want to get a full house generator since we have family in that business so this is just taking up space.
