I hate to do it, but I am moving to Florida and I am going to be selling my system. The logistics of moving it that far are just not worth it to me at this point. I am going to try and sell this as a complete setup first, and then will break it up. Do not ask for specific things yet because if I don’t sell it as a unit, a lot of the equipment I am going to keep to set up a fish only system when I get down there. Anyone that has seen my tank knows it is a serious SPS system with all high end equipment. This is a great deal for a serious hobbyist maybe wanting to move up from a nano or something. If someone is interested in just the tank, stand, and sump, I would be willing to part that out separately. Livestock will be posted separately soon in the livestock forum. The system is described below:
• Oceanic Ultimate 58g tank- cherry trim, starfire front glass, middle overflow, black epoxy background, no center brace so no shading anywhere
• Oceanic Ultimate Cherry Stand- everything is mounted inside the stand, PC4, power strips, dosers, etc. Also has some shelving built in that provides lots of storage for test kits, dosing jugs, etc.
• Black bird netting top, looks very professional
• Current NOVA Extreme Pro 36’’ 6X39W T5 fixture- has all ATI bulbs replaced in August which makes it even better than buying this fixture brand new with the junk stock bulbs. Also have 2 brand new extra bulbs. Gives more light than you can ever need. I keep clams and SPS on the sandbed and some SPS bleach if too high up.
• 20g sump with baffle
• 4’’ Filter sock bracket with a couple socks
• Mag 5 return
• NanoGlo LED fuge light
• SRO 1000 skimmer with bubble blaster pump- less than a year old, top of the line skimmer, super quiet and super efficient
• VisaTherm 300W heater
• PhosBan Reactor run by aquaclear 70 powerhead
• BRS 1.1ml dosers X2 with two parts jugs and mixes, already programmed to RKL
• Reef Keeper Lite controller- runs lights, dosers, skimmer, heater, all with appropriate alarms and safeguards programmed in
• Acrylic corner frag rack
• Various other odds and ends, test kits, etc.
$1000 for everything. PM if interested. The stand is setup in such a way that I can unplug two plugs and and the whole stand moves as a unit with everything in it. Nothing needs to be removed except the water from the sump. You can see the setup of the stand below as well as a pic I took back when I moved this tank from Philly to Jersey. Very easy to move, basically plug and play. This is why I really don’t want to break it up.
