Coral food for SPS?

What's everyone using to feed your SPS. Yes I know fish poop is probably best but looking for something that would be good for them to help growth and color.

I like LRS Reef Frenzy mixed with some Reef Roids. Feed's everything in the tank and the SPS PE is crazy.

I make a cocktail of Reef Roids, Reef Chili, Cyclop-eeze, and Oyster Feast. I'll spot feed, and then turn on the circulating pumps for an hour, leaving the returns off.

One question guys, when you feed after you turn your skimmer and return back on do your skimmers go crazy? It drives me crazy i wind up having to adjust my skimmer and sometimes i have it right where i want it and it takes a couple days to find that sweet spot again. Could i be feeding to much? Ive tried a couple different foods all with the same results. Sometimes i just feed a coral or two and it doesn't happen but at that rate i will be feeding every day and that is really not going to happen.

I think was downbeach was talking about was feeding when your return pump is off so you don't have to worry about adjusting the skimmer.

When I do I use brs reef chili or I also took Paul's advice and grind up that flake food that I got from that group buy that wasn't a group buy that ended up being a canceled not group buy

Or I will just spit in the tank and hope for the best

Im testing out acropower. Ordering my bottle tmm after the weather clears. Lots of buzz on reef2reef

Yea Mike i realized what he was saying, I to shut mine down for at least an hour and it still goes crazy when i turn it back on. I was wondering if anyone else has this similar problem. Maybe i am just feeding to much.

I feed just as I go to bed, turn skimmer off and turn it on in the AM.

I feed reef roid primarily and my skimmer is ok. After about 30 minutes the food particles are significantly less. Also I run a filter sock before the skimmer.
