Not a good week for on-line ordering.

3 of 6 corals did not make it. Emailed them yesterday and today with no reply. I hope to hear from them Monday.

Thats a shame...out of curiosity, how did you know who to email if they were anonymous? ;)
How i felt about the coral I received. One I didn't get and they sent me some other one.
One was a teal/green lobo, blue duncan and blue/green sympodium. No idea what 2 of these pics are that I sent them.

Why are you ordering corals online ??
you are surrounded by LFS that sell health corals.
you can drive and hand pick your corals.

i dont buy coral or fish online. It makes no sense.
if I lived in ohio and I didn’t have access to great LFS then maybe.

if you don’t want to spend on LFS prices you have a bunch of garage/basement coral growers in NJ. you have members of this forum that are always stocking great corals.

I agree. But no one has the one I bought. So I just gave it a shot and missed the target.

Just curious -- did everything you ordered & received come from their single location and in one single shipment? I've been watching their site, trying to figure out what their business model is (as their prices for their goods seem to be too good to be true). With the size of their inventory, it just seems to me that they must have many suppliers at many different locations (and thus some possibly odd and timely delivery routes before actual shipment).

Also, what did you order, and what came in from them DOA?

Yes, all from one place and packaged well. The other coral look great so confused on what happened.

Customer rep got back to me and they will be providing store credit. Not sure how much as they asked for pics of the Lobo and pics of package received. So glad I took them pics as I unboxed.

I have to say customer service was very helpful even with all the back n forth with pics. I received credit for the 3 items.
