So, latest research on COVID is out and there’s a few easy things to do to help prevent getting it (in conjunction with masking and distancing) and a few journals are reporting successful symptom reduction.
As a doc, like reading through this stuff and keeping up to date. Read through a number of papers and studies yesterday and today, here’s the take away If anyone is interested.
To help prevent contagion, and for general antiviral health daily:
A multivitamin with 2mcg of copper, 12-15mc zinc, and magnesium, plus
Vitamin D 4,000 IU
Vitamin C 1,000-2,000mg
Vitamin B multi (with B12 if possible)
If infected, add/modify:
Up Vitamin D to 60,000 per day for 3 days, then back down to 4,000 per day (some research showing benefit up to 100,000 for 7 days)
Up Magnesium to 150mg total daily
Up Zinc to 50mg daily
Add Melatonin 3mg 3x/day
Add Vitamin K1, K2
Add Quercetin 250mg 2x /day OR Green Tea Extract 800-1000mg
and ask MD about Invermectin 12-18mg, 2 dose (take one, then second 48 hours later)
If infected, additional therapy:
Netti pot with 1% baby shampoo has recently shown to reduce nasal viral particles by 99% after 2 mins (pot with saline has shown as ineffective).
Listerine has shown to clear throat and nasal membrane particles by 99.99% over 30 secs.

Why this combo is effective:
D has anti-viral properties, most people are very deficient in winter, the more severe cases are being reported as D, Zn, and/or Mg deficient with multiple deficiencies related to higher percentage of death.
C kills free radicals and boosts immunity.
B is a building block for blood and immune cells, as is K.
Magnesium supports T (virus killer) cells and cytokines, most folks are deficient.
Zinc and Copper kill viruses, but need to get in.
Quercetin and/or Green tea (which contains ECGC) get Zinc and Copper through cell wall.
Melatonin has diminished sickness time by up to 50%, they’re trying to figure out why.
Invermectin is looking great as a safe and very effective COVID treatment.
