Cut acrylic (BERGEN COUNTY/HACKENSACK)

first and foremest, HUGE THANK YOU TO MIKEM!!! Grin awesome guy!

AHHH! I thought the easy process would just take measurements and done. well, i managed to screw it up by 1/4" to WIDE!!! anyone in the area with a the equipment to cut four pieces of 1/2" acrylic only 1/4" off. PLEASE LET ME KNOW!! I might just get it done by home depot if anything.

sorry not sure if this is the right thread location.

Wow what are you using 1/2" acrylic for? I don't think HD will cut that for you. The one by me def won't. Try a cabinet shop or furniture maker, maybe a glass shop. You need a table saw with a trim blade for stuff that thick, I think it's too thick to score and snap

Sorry to hear this. If you can get down this way again, i can cut them for you.
If you know anyone with a table saw or chop saw, any ont of them would cut the acrylic easily since it's cast acrylic.

thanks for the offer. i'll look around first. it's almost a two hour drive back and forth on a good day.

Home depot can never cut two pieces of wood within my tolerances even if they would do the plastic for you it will be 1/4 off from the next piece they cut for you. Go to a high end cabinet maker or someone along those lines.
