Sorry about the tang loss. But, wow the stand and canopy look amazing. You did an awesome job on them. The tank looks great too.

Sirfragalot - I used to be able to get Yellow Tangs for about $20-$25, now they're just under $50 in my area. Where are you finding them so cheap these days?

The last time I was in the Hidden Reef, they were in the $20 - $30 range. This was about a month ago and there were many in one tank. I feel guilty for saying this due to that being my favorite store and all but over half of those did'nt look good at all.

So just a quick update (I like to do one every 8 or 9 years or so :) :) ).

My tank has been through many periods of neglect but has chugged along OK for the most part (even through sandy power outage). And while no major catastrophes, it has definetly shown that neglect over the last year or two.

The good news is I have taken this quarantine time to put in some tlc and have gotten it back on track. (nothing like many of the tanks on here, but not bad). Here's 3 quick pics. Left side, middle and right side of the tank. (I will try and put on a full tank shot tomorrow). Figured it's time to get a little more involved (and hopefully that keeps my tank maintenance more regular). Thanks for looking.

Bad Luck? Thanks, but you might be referring to the bad luck of losing my tang I mentioned on the 1st page, (but that post was from 2011). Sorry, confusing I guess. I was resurrecting an old tank thread I started but never did much with. Just putting up a few picks and updating.
