Blow it off with a turk baster to get it in to your skimmer and out of the system. It will grow a lot slower with less of it in the tank to spread

week 3 update. so the first week I was adding 3ml a day and the last 2 weeks I have been adding 6ml per day. The dinoflag's have dissapeared from the glass but still show up a little on the live rock. Also had a small patch of cyno pop up. I pointed the power head on it for awhile and it has disappeared.
