Did a Dumb Thing

I was cleaning the glass with a flip magnet scraper. I swapped it over and dropped the one magnet on the floor. So bent down to pick it up. I forgot the glass was not slid back and hit with my head.
It fell on top of me and tried to catch it but no luck, only grabbed one end; other end hit the floor. So the moon glass I had in the front is no more, now using make shift egg crate.
Was stupid of me to not slide the glass back.
