Did I Score?

I picked this up from a LFS for super cheap yesterday. Did I score like I think I scored or not? I'm not sure of the names and this is a cell phone pic but its 2 different types on it. Will post better pics later.

Top looks like galaxy or lunar eclipses but it's kinda hard to tell from the pic.

Def not a lunar. They are bright orange skirts with dark centers. Looks like a good oddball paly though. If they were cheap, then YES you scored.

I can get better closeups with my cell phone than my expensive camra. I really need a macro lens. LOL.

Thought the bright orange with dark center was the solar eclipse paly? It will never cease to amaze me how there are 15 different names for corals. Don't get me started on my rant about LE stuff

Names and corals don't get along with me. I'm just happy if my corals live...lol.

Either way for $15 they're cool. Its more of a name to a face thing with me. LOL. I like to sound smart when family comes over(I'm the only one out of my entire family(cousins and all) with a reef tank).

LOL. People are stunned when I tell them that the grape cap is "alive" and not a piece of plastic stuck in there. But honestly telling them it's an idaho grape cap is about as relevant to them as what kind of pumps I'm using. LOL.

My typical answer: "yes that wavy thing is alive, it's an anemone".

With the zoas - I like to say those are button polyps or simply polyps. Frankly people say they look like underwater flowers. They are amazed when you touch them that they close up.

Sticks are meaningless to them.

But I speak for my family and friends...maybe yours want to know the latin name too. HAHAAH!

LOL. Trust me I know. LOL. My mom stops by atleast once a week and she still calls them plants.
