I bought a Quiet One 9000 pump from them around 4 months ago and the shaft for the impeller broke and this pump was my display return. I called DR. F&S and the warranty was 60 day's.for these and they said call the manufacturer. I did many times with no response. A return call to DR. F&S and they sent me a new pump nexy day air mail 0n saturday. Shipping alone was 107.53. With customer service like that I'll be a loyal customer'

I must agree.... I order salt from them last year and when it arrived the bucked was broken and the bag was ripped. When I call them to let them know they told they told me they would take care of it, the next day the new bucket was waiting for my in front of my house.

another loyal follower of Dr Fosters here. They ship fast, they frequently have good deals on shipping (5.99 flat rate on all orders right now) and they are extremely professional. Called them today because I forgot to add a K2 to my Azoo fan order, and the lady processed it as a seperate order with FREE shipping even though my first order (the fan) had already gone through processing.

just got my overflow box from them. shipping, customer support rep, etc was excellent. they are doctors so i would hope they would be smart and understand how a business needs to be ran properly unlike others.
