Drilling and picking out overflow?

Want to pickup a tank and turn it into a RR tank so where do I start? I plan on a 40breeder and 20gallon sump.
What size overflow do I need and where's the best place get them?

Shoot them an email and they will make their recommendations. I would go with the 700gph overflow with either one 3/4" return or two 1/2" returns.
The kits also come with the hole saws.

I too am partial to Glass-Holes....And a 700 is ideal for a 40B.

I have the bits to drill the holes if it will save you some $$$ I will look exactly to see what two sizes I have

I also have the guide you can use to hold the drill straight and it wont skip
