Tank is up, i didn't wait for help, lol, i managed to get the thing on the stand, test filling it with the hose now.

Just a small update, water is going in, getting the piping and electrical done today. Should be full and starting to run by next week.

Looking good man! I would look into making the dursos taller. With them so low the sound of the Water falling into the overflow make be a bit loud.

I've ran water through glued pipes and with in 10 minutes.

I think i'll do a test on the return today, thats the only one i feel shaky about where the bulkhead and the pipes meet, a bit looser than i'd like.

well, one small leak on one of the returns where the pipe meets the bulkhead, just like i feared, i pulls the top return pipe out and i'm going down from the top and putting glue into the bulkhead to try and seal around the pipe, its the only way i can think of doing it at this point with everything glued in place, any other suggestions are welcome.

Before putting water in that sump I'd put up plywood or exterior sheathing to protect the sheetrock. If sheetrock gets wet, it's done!

Alright, tested it again, no more leak, everything seems to be alright atm.

And now for the RO water waiting game, i hate this game. Other than that i think i've got everything covered, electrical and plumbing done and that was pretty much all that was left.just a couple odds and ends now, i really wish i had an ro booster pump.

Built the tank screen lid, now we can have out wrasse and other jumpers i haven't put into my 90g because of that.

I thought you might need to frame around the opening instead of having the frame hanging there. But I have not done this myself before. It just look unfinished to me.

Do not use silicone to stop the leak. The gasket should stop the leak. You might need a new gasket or it's not tightened enough.

If I were you I would move the sump out of the stand. And build a removable platform on top of so you can work on the tank.

If you're talking about the outside in the living room, that will be framed, i just haven't got to home depot with my wife yet to pick out the framing. If you're talking about behind the wall, any piece that was cut has a 2x4 going from it to the side to hold it together, i could also add a piece to either side of the tank but its not necessary. To stop the leak i just used the pipe glue, it wasn't leaking from the fitting itself, it was leaking on the inside where the pipe gets inserted. I chose to leave the sump under there as this is also going to be an office and a laundry room, so space will be limited in there. Hope this clears things up for you a bit.
