Dune Sea of Tatooine 327 gallon FOWLR

Although I've built systems for others of this size, this will by far be the largest system I've ever personally maintained and will be introducing some species I've never been able to house previously due to their size. My current planned stocking list is below. Feel free to throw out any thoughts or suggestions...it is a work in progress. In order of introduction:

1 x Magnificent Foxface
3 x Glass Eye Squirrelfish
1 x Zebra Moray Eel
1 x Saddleback Butterflyfish (? Concerned about him and Triggers so still on the fence)
1 x Aussie Harlequin Tusk
1 x Porcupine Puffer
4 x Tangs introduced as juvies and at the same time (Mimic Eibli, Yellow Bellied Hippo, Desjardini and Blonde Naso)
1 x Blueface Angelfish
2 x Triggers (Blue Jaw and Pink Tail)

15 total and yes I will have heavy filtration

Alternates I'm considering

2 x Gold X Lightning Maroon Clownfish (questioning how they'd do with larger predators and when I'd want to introduce them)
Niger Trigger
Crosshatch Trigger
Sargassum Trigger

Naming it a FOWLR simply because it is a mild predator tank and likely won't be able to have much else, but do plan on attempting a few more robust inverts and maybe some Softies on a try and see approach basis

Admittedly a bit of a perfectionist and prone to overthink my designs, but here is iteration two of the first scape plus a small arch. I THINK I'm ready to drill, rod and mortar these two. Going to let them sit for a bit and then go look at them again, but I REALLY like the way this one is turning out. The rock scape is a huge component of this build so putting a little extra time into it. I do rock first so there will be a couple inches of sand covering the bottom 2 inches. Not even a third of the tank shown here so a lot of scape left to go.

I'll obviously incorporate some caves and hiding places for the livestock as well (aquarium health always takes precedence over design elements), but here is some of the inspiration I'm working with for the rockscape. Should create some very interesting swim lanes for the large fish.

The arches are necessary if your making a tank based on tatooine

it's not that I dont like the arch I think it should be larger but again just my opinion.
This ia actually the first of three as Matt alluded to. Mimicking one of the iconic scenes on Tatooine. Center one will be much larger, but yes if the scale doesn't work I'll enlarge it. Sheer size of the other piece may be making this one look smaller than it really is too. Arch is about a foot tall. Threw a roll of paper towels into this pic to add some scale.
