e-Bay question

I went to order something off e-Bay and selected buy it now but it wouldn't come until after XMAS. I then found something else that will come before XMAS but I cannot remove the first item when I check out. I have tried contacting the seller as they are selling both items and no answer yet. Any suggestions?

I would delete yr account,change yr name legally and relocate to another state just to be safe..

Okay, enough from the peanut gallery.

It seems I have to wait for the seller to decide this. Since I selected I confirm to buy its a legal contract I cannot get out of unless seller agrees.

If the seller is a store, why can't you cancel the order or do return like in any other normal store?

if you return it for no good reason, they may charge you for the shipping fee to you, also PLUS you need to paid to ship it back.

Once you hit commit to buy unless the seller will allow for the change in your purchase, you have to buy it. If you don't purchase it they will give you a negative feedback.

Thanks. I have not paid yet. I did hit "commit to buy" and it is stuck in my shopping cart. I was able to move it to "save for a later date". It seems to be a store so I don't see why I cannot switch and then pay the new price. If all I get is negative feedback, big deal, I order once a year at most from e-bay.

As I stated before. the two items are being sold by the same seller so they are not losing a sale. Just switching it. Still waiting for a reply.

The seller was very kind and cancelled the transaction. I have ordered the correct item from them.
Never hurts to be kind and ask.
