Eagle Reef Systems - Anyone Know if they Re-Opened?

I got a $100 gift certivicate to Eagle Reef Systems for Xmas but by the time I was ready to spend it they closed. I've read that they were going to re open then that they weren't etc. Saw the post on the Sheriff's Sale too. Does anyone know the final word on this?

We were told by a customer that he is currently working out of his basement and the store that was to open in Warren was being put on hold.
