But its not working well.

I have a Klipsch R-10B soundbar and wireless 8" subwoofer I just replaced (with a Klipsch Bar 48 :) ).
ASTOUNDING sound.
The 10s are discontinued, mine had a problem, I can't be bothered to fix, they gave me a deal on the new one.
Its not worth sending out for repair, as the cost would be considerable (plus the bar is 4' long and the subwoofer is a small table).
If you think you can fix it, you can have a top notch sound bar for zero dollars (these things were $500+ when they released).

The troubleshoot so far -
It powers on.
Remote works.
All functions and sound styles work.
It works fine for 20-30 minutes, then the sound gets spotty for 2-3 minutes, the subwoofer shuts, and the bar stop projecting noise, but the power stays on.
Without the subwoofer, the bar still shuts down audio.
With different power cords, same.
On another TV, same.
Bar paired with another woofer, same.
Woofer paired with another bar, woofer is OK.
This happens through the RCA ports, the ARC, and the optical lines, so it's not a sound in issue.

Thoughts -
All external components, inputs, and outputs are functioning.
There's something going on in the bar itself that is shutting the audio output down.
Though there is no external heat, I'm thinking it may be an internal temperature issue, as temp builds, unit eventually shuts? Maybe a heatsink?
I know theres capicitors in there, as the bar hold charge for a minute or two after unplug. Can a capacitor trip when it hits its full charge? (I've been out of the electronics for 30 years, I don't recall).

Anyways. If anyone wants it, let me know before I trash it.

Can you just wire it up and skip bluetooth?

I was just looking at sound bars too.

Thats not the problem. The problem is that it shuts off the audio in 10-20 minutes after starting up regardless of how its connected.

Got it. Sounds like garbage then. Unless there is an electronics expert here that fix it.

Do you still have this? I know someone that might be able to fix it.

I do.
I was thinking about taking it apart this afternoon and messing about, will hold off.
If you want it, cool.
If they want it, cool.
If they want to fix it and charge me, cool.
If they fix it and you keep it, cool.
I'm easy on anything.

Ok, you should definitely try to fix it. Research something about a cap needing to be replaced in the input buffer. Apparently a class D amp would work in a heated state for about 20 minutes and stop working maybe thats the problem.

Mmmm, apparently aside from the cap theres a single resistor in line.
To be honest, I cant be bothered to start doing any board troubleshooting (not to mention toal lack of equipment now a days.
Where are you at? I'll be out and about this week if you're nearby and want a drop off, or you can stop by any time.
