Equipment and frag tank in Closet Build

So I have a 110 tank in my living room for 5 years since we moved in lost a lot during sandy. so im going for SPS reef. I ran out of room under the tank so i took over a closet on the rear of the tank. ill take you through the build with pics as i do it. My goal is to move all equipment sump frag tank and quarantine tank in closet.

so i got a bit of work done this past weekend the first tank is going to be frag tank the top will be quarantine i have a couple reactors from bulk reef supply im going to mount on wall with manifold. also vent fan needs to be installed stay tuned a couple pics its a bit of a mess now. the frag tank is tied in to main system.

Looking great. I'm sure you know but be careful with the reactors, they have been known to leak.

im trying the deluxe reactor it seems a bit more robust

Is that a Life reef skimmer? If so what's your thoughts on it, I bought a 30 and looking forward to getting it wet.

I love my skimmer my friend has one from the 1998 still going I have been through a bunch of other skimmers and this one is the easiest to maintain. It might seem like it's going to work and then not work for a while on the 30 it's rated for a 250 gallon tank I just upgraded mine to a DC wave line 6000 and it is really good I will be getting another one on my other tank

ok so i got good news i have a 29 gallon sump in closet i will be switching out to 2 20 gallon high as my wife wanted a puffer so i convinced het to get another 110 in our living room so i will have 110 reef on one side and 110 FOWLR on other side with tv/fireplace in middle. my plan is to have 2 20 gallon sumps for different systems (im looking for a 48x18 black pine stand if anybody has one to get rid of )
