My advice. Stay local first before shipping. Too many issues can arise when shipping goods nowadays. Especially with all those scams with charge backs.

Yes all bulbs fire up, I had a picture of them all on 100%. I am the original owner. The light is 6 years ago. Bulbs 8 months about. Replaced them last spring but broke the system down 2 months ago.
